Non-QM LLPA Updates

• Super Prime:  Improved LLPAs for Condotels, 2^nd homes, 2-4 units, select LTVs for loan amounts between $2-3 million, interest-only, DTIs above 50%, 40-year fixed and Non-Permanent Residents up to 90 LTV
• Prime:   Improved LLPAs for Condotels, 2^nd homes, 2-4 units, interest-only, DTIs above 50%, and 40-year fixed
• DSCR:   Improved LLPAs for Condotels, 2-4 units, select LTVs for loan amounts between $2.5-3 million, interest-only, and 40-year fixed
• Foreign Nationals:  Improved LLPAs for Condotels, 2-4 units, interest-only, and 40-year fixed

Prime Jumbo LLPA Updates

• Purchase adjustment: Improved by 12.5 bps for HCLTV 80-89.99
• General adjustment: Improved by 37.5 bps for HCLTV 75-89.99
