Eligibility

This survey is open only to approved partners of A&D Mortgage LLC. Responses from non-approved partners are not eligible and may be excluded.

One-Time Participation

Participation is limited to one submission per partner. If multiple responses are submitted, only the first response will be counted and only the first submission will qualify for loyalty points.

Email Use

Email addresses are collected solely to verify partner status and to issue loyalty points.
Emails will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Confidentiality & Data Use

All responses are confidential and analyzed in aggregate only. Survey results may be used for internal analysis and high-level reporting.

Loyalty Points

Loyalty points, if applicable, will be awarded according to AD Mortgage loyalty program rules, subject to eligibility verification.

Survey Administration

A&D Mortgage LLC reserves the right to validate submissions and modify or discontinue the survey at any time. Responses will be accepted through February 16, 2026, with the option to extend at our discretion.
