What to Expect

 

We’ll send your monthly statement no later than two weeks before your next payment due date.
Whenever needed, you can also view your statement online to check your payment amount and due date.

Electronic Statements

 

Go Paperless with Electronic Statements

 

When you choose electronic delivery, we’ll stop sending your documents by mail.
Instead, you can securely view, download, or print them anytime from the “Documents – Monthly Statements” section in your online account. We’ll send you an email notification whenever a new important document is available.

 

Need to switch between electronic and paper statements?

 

Just go to the “My Account” tab, open your Loan Profile, and select either “Electronic Bill” or “Paper & Electronic Bill”.

Reasons for Not Receiving a Monthly Statement

 

Missing a Billing Statement? Here’s What Might Have Happened

 

Address Needs Updating

 

If your mailing address is outdated, the postal service may return your statement. To avoid this, double-check and update your address in your account settings.
Worried it got lost in the mail? You can always view, download, or print your statements securely from the “Documents – Monthly Statements” section of your online account.

Tip : Sign up for Electronic Statements to get notified as soon as your documents are available online.

 

Recently Changed Address

 

When you update your address, the change may not take effect until the next billing cycle. This could result in one missed statement.
Don’t worry—your future statements will be sent to the new address, or you can access them anytime online.

 

New to AD Mortgage

 

If your loan was recently transferred to AD Mortgage, your first statement might be delayed slightly due to the transition.
You’ll receive it within 30 days of your transfer date. Once you register for online access, you can view your statement anytime.

Good to know: We don’t charge late fees for the first 60 days after your transfer.

 

Bankruptcy Accounts

 

We don’t send monthly statements to accounts that are in active bankruptcy (subject to certain limitations under federal law). This includes accounts that have received a discharge order from a bankruptcy court.

 

Other Attorney Representation

 

If you have attorney representation for any other mortgage-related matters, we will send all correspondence to your attorney.
To resume sending correspondence to you, we will need written verification that you are no longer being represented by an attorney regarding your mortgage. Verification can be sent by any of the methods below:

Paperless Delivery

 

If you are signed up for Electronic, we won’t mail your statements. Instead, we’ll send you an email when your statement is ready. Then you can securely view, download, and/or print them from the “Documents-Monthly Statements” section of your online account.
