A Verification of Mortgage (VOM) is an official document that outlines your loan terms and provides a month-by-month rating of your payment history, indicating whether your loan was current or delinquent.
It covers the most recent 12 months, excluding the current month.
Why Request a VOM?
If you’re planning to refinance your mortgage or purchase a new home, your lender may require a VOM to review your payment history.
If you need someone else to speak with us about your mortgage, the easiest way to authorize them is to:
♦ Download and complete the Third-Party Authorization form
♦ Email the filled-out form to servicing@admortgage.com
You can easily update your email address, password, or mailing address by visiting the My Account page in your ADHome portal.
If you need to change other details — such as your phone number — please send a written request including your loan number to servicing@admortgage.com.
♦ We do not process “goodwill” credit corrections or suppressions.
♦ We will not alter or remove any delinquency that was accurately reported.
If you believe there’s an error on your credit report, please gather supporting documentation and contact us for review.
Note: We report the same information to all three major credit bureaus.
