How do I become a partner with AD Mortgage?

You can join AD Mortgage as either a Correspondent or Broker partner. To sign up, please complete the appropriate application package:

Correspondent: Correspondent Package
Broker: Broker Package

How do I request the credentials for the Partner Portal?

Submit the AIM Credentials Request form. Our IT team will send the credentials within 24 hours. Company Admins can add new users and issue new credentials for their team members right away via AIM My Team.

How do I add a branch?

Complete the Branch Assignment Form .

How do I reset the credentials for the Partner Portal?

Try resetting your password using Forgot Password.”

How do I order an appraisal?

Once your file is created, submitted, and the initial disclosure package is signed, you can order an appraisal by opening your loan file in AIM, going to the Actions tab, and selecting “Order an Appraisal.” Correspondent Lenders also have an option to order an appraisal outside of AD Mortgage.

How do I request concierge service?

You must be approved and have Partner Portal access. Once you’re in the Partner Portal, click “Concierge Service” on the navigation panel at the top.

Can my borrower complete the 1003 application online?

Yes. Borrowers can complete the Web-Based 1003.
You must be approved, and the form is located in the Partner Portal under Home → Quick Links.
Once submitted, the loan will appear in your pipeline.

How do I price out a scenario?

Approved Partners: Log into AIM to access Quick Pricer Pro for company-specific pricing.

Not yet partnered with AD? Use the Quick Pricer on the website for wholesale pricing. Please, call (305) 760 – 7002 for additional assistance.

Who should I contact for questions about guidelines and policy questions?

What is eClosing?

eClosing is a fast, secure, and fully digital way to complete your mortgage closing. The entire loan package — including the Note — is electronically signed, eliminating the need for stacks of paper and in-person appointments.

With eClosing, the notary fee is $0, saving borrowers up to $1,000, while making the process more convenient than ever.

Available for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans in most states, eClosing streamlines the final step of your home financing journey — so you can close quickly, confidently, and from virtually anywhere.

How to apply eClosing?

  • Submit Fanne/Freddie loan in AIM.
  • Once CTC, schedule closing in AIM > Loan > Actions > Schedule Closing.
  • Email closing@admortgage.com.
  • Add ‘eClosing’ to the email subject and the Loan Number in the body.

How does the eClosing process work for borrowers?

  • Once the file is balanced, the Closing team will schedule the signing time with the borrower.
  • Borrowers must have a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone.
  • At the scheduled time, they will join the session through a DocMagic link sent via email, and the signing will begin.

Do sellers participate in the eClosing?

No, sellers are not included in the eClosing process.

Is eClosing available for Correspondent Plus loans?

Currently, eClosing is available only for Wholesale loans.

Does the Loan Originator need to prepare anything?

Our Closing Team will contact the broker to coordinate the borrower’s signing time.

What platform do borrowers use for eClosing?

All eClosings are completed through DocMagic.

What states are eligible for eClosing?

eClosing is available in all U.S. states except AL, CA, CT, DC, GA, MS, SC, SD, and the USVI.
