History

1999

Max Slyusarchuk, the future CEO and Founder of AD Mortgage, starts his career as an independent licensed broker

2005

AD Mortgage is founded as a retail lender. The first office, opens in Florida, employs 20 people

2006

The company begins successful operations in other states outside of Florida

2010

AD Mortgage successfully overcomes the 2008 mortgage crisis, managing to significantly improve its business performance and market share

2015

Non-QM market formation. The company makes a pivot and decides to concentrate on this business, becoming a wholesale Non-QM lender.

2016

As a wholesale lender, the company goes beyond Florida to become a nationwide business.

Broker portal, the company's first online service, launches successfully

2017

AD Mortgage reaches significant milestone of working with more than 1.000 brokerage companies nationwide

2018

The company adds Correspondent lending to its portfolio of services

2020

AD Mortgage launches two major tech platforms to help brokers – Quick Pricer and AD Studio. Quick Pricer allows brokers to quickly and easily price any loan scenario, while AD Studio provides online marketing design services to help brokers market themselves with professional materials.

2021

AD Appraisal Center launches to provide our partners with a centralized appraisal ordering platform, further underlining AD Mortgage’s status as a high-tech lender

2022

The company continues its successful growth, having added more than 6,000+ brokerage companies since its inception and building a reputation as one of the leaders in the mortgage market.

2024

2024 was a breakthrough year for AD Mortgage. Not only were we ranked in the Top-10 by Forbes, but we also solidified our position as the #1 officially verified Non-QM lender. To top it off, we launched our next-generation partner portal, AIM, and introduced an exciting new loyalty program to show our appreciation to our partners.
