1. I would like to become a partner with AD Mortgage.

You can join AD Mortgage as either a Correspondent or Broker partner. To sign up, please complete the appropriate application package:

2. I am already an approved partner and need login credentials to the Partner Portal.

Submit the AIM Credentials Request Form. Our IT team will create credentials within 24 hours. The form allows you to request access for up to three users.

Please complete the Branch Assignment Form.

4. I cannot sign into the Partner Portal because my credentials are incorrect. What should I do?

Try resetting your password using “Forgot Password.”

1. How do I order an appraisal?

Once your file is created, submitted, and the initial disclosure package is signed, you can order an appraisal by opening your loan file, going to the Actions tab, and selecting “Order an Appraisal.”

2. Can I view the list of AMCs you work with?

Yes. Here is the full list of approved AMCs: Mortgage Appraisal Center.

3. How do I calculate bank statement income?

You must be approved and have Partner Portal access. Once a file meets certain conditions, you will be able to use Concierge Services directly inside the loan file.

4. How do I calculate full doc income?

Once approved and granted portal access, you can use the Income Calculator located in the Partner Portal.

5. Can my borrower apply directly for a loan?

Yes. Borrowers can complete the Web-Based 1003.
You must be approved, and the form is located in the Partner Portal under Home → Quick Links.
Once submitted, the loan will appear in your pipeline.

6. How do I price out a scenario?

Wholesale partners may use the Quick Pricer.
After you are approved, please contact your Account Executive to receive credentials.

7. How can the AI Assistant help me?

Our AI Assistant can help you with guidelines, lock and pricing policies, overlays, and more.

8. What is the Partner CRM?

Our Partner CRM allows you to:
