The main thing with AD is that you guys do the deals that nobody else does. When you’re in the Non‑QM business, there’s a lot of pieces to the puzzle and we have to see how we structure the deal to make it work. A lot of deals I’ve closed with AD were already turned down by other lenders. So, I think that’s a big impact on our business.

I just closed a loan with AD Mortgage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Their technology, service, communication, and overall process were excellent from start to finish. My borrower was truly impressed as well, which says a lot.
From beginning to close, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. A special shoutout to my Account Executive, Alana—her communication throughout the entire process was second to none. She stayed on top of every detail and made sure everything moved forward seamlessly.

AD Mortgage offers a varierty of products for many different lending needs. System is easy to navigate and helps guide me through many different scenarios easily. There are a lot of improvement recently making it friendly and easy to prospect.

Our Account Excecutive, Carlos Cavada, is very approachable and available. Their Power Up by AD event is amazing. It helped open my eyes to the full capabilities of AD. It’s great to explore so many other lending options and how they use AI to asssit along the way. The future is bright with AD.

How Does it Work?

  • Wholesale: AD manages disclosures and closing.
  • Correspondent Plus: AD manages disclosures and closing package preparation, partner involved.
