POWER UP by AD

AD Mortgage has been such a game changer for me since they bought Flagstar Bank. Knowing that a non-QM lender is now working it’s way to provide loans for all my clients with credit from “A-D”, I can’t begin to express how excited I am to find a one stop lender. I attended the Power Up this week and it was such a wonderful experience :). I met wonderful people, met CEO and connected with so many individuals that make me excited about working with AD Mortgage. I’m a broker who “Cares & Gives” and that’s exactly what I felt. I felt like a warm heart knowing that AD Mortgage is giving me the gift of scaling my business. Hats off to Marlene Ruiz for exemplifying “The Power of Yes”! She was the reason why I decided to give AD Mortgage a try. She always says YES, YES, YES and is such an energetic soul who wants nothing but the best for her partners. Had a great trip to Ft Lauderdale to visit AD Mortgage LLC and got to meet some great people who work there! Also had a few closings with them lately that went great, including one in particular that was a very unique property that together we were able to close! Great to work with them all, especially my AE Rosie Dombrowski who always is attentive and helpful with each of my deals!!

Recently had a wonderful experience visiting AD’s headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale for their partner conference, thanks to our fantastic rep, Marlene Ruiz. AD is so easy to do business with; they work hard to ensure their clients have a seamless experience on every loan. Their entire staff is wonderful to work with, especially Marlene, who is hands-down the best, most knowledgeable and helpful representative I have ever worked with.
