This AI Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how ADwise operates, the data it collects, how that data is used and protected, and the rights and responsibilities of individuals who interact with the system. Your use of ADwise constitutes your acknowledgment of the practices described in this Policy.

Any information presented by ADwise must be independently verified with an authorized AD Mortgage representative, including the user’s assigned Account Executive, before being relied upon for any purpose.
Use of ADwise does not create any obligation, commitment, offer, or agreement by AD Mortgage to approve, fund, lock, or close a loan under any terms or conditions discussed by the AI Assistant. Final loan eligibility, structure, and approval decisions are determined exclusively by AD Mortgage based on official guidelines, underwriting review, and applicable policies in effect at the time of evaluation.
AD Mortgage expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on information generated by ADwise (AI Assistant), including but not limited to scenarios, exceptions, edge cases, or hypothetical examples that may not reflect actual program availability or underwriting outcomes.

XSRF-TOKEN
A security cookie used to protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Ensures requests originate from the same browser session.

A device-level identifier used to confirm that a request originates from the same device associated with the user’s session. Helps prevent unauthorized access if an authentication token is compromised.
adwise_auth (JWT Authentication Token)
