AD Mortgage Celebrates 20 Years of YES

AD Mortgage officially celebrated its 20th anniversary this week with events at each of its offices. The company, one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, hosted partners and employees for the big milestone. People in Florida, Michigan, and remote employees from all over the country tuned in for the cake cutting and announcements from company leaders.

The celebration highlighted the plethora of AD Mortgage achievements over the years, but more importantly focused heavily on the importance of the people that make it all happen, the future of the company, and its continued growth and expansion.

The AD Mortgage Mission is Still Relevant

CEO Max Slyusarchuk, speaking in the courtyard of AD Mortgage’s headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, emphasized the company’s continued mission of working with borrowers and brokers to find positive solutions for home ownership. Slyusarchuk stated, ‘Some families cannot get financing; some people get deprived. I do believe that our mission and what we do is a very noble cause. We want to help every borrower.’

His comments correspond well with AD Mortgage’s year-long theme – 20 Years of YES. The campaign illustrates AD Mortgage’s rise as a top Non-QM lender that has now expanded nationally adding a full stable of lending programs including Conventional and Government.

People Make the Difference

Operations Lead Neil Childs, who works out of the company’s Troy, Michigan office, praised the company’s workers saying, ‘To all our employees, thank you for everything you do. Each of you is the heart of AD Mortgage.’

The company has been growing substantially over the last couple of years. Growth and opportunity exist in nearly every facet of AD operations, many of which offer training and development for those with little or no experience.

Slyusarchuk stressed this point in his address to the company emphasizing, ‘We are investing in people. For our people to be smarter and better. For every team member to improve and grow.’

Climbing New Mountains

Looking ahead at new goals, new peaks for AD Mortgage to ascend was a consistent theme for all the speakers at the celebration. The company has some bold and challenging goals and appears to be preparing its team members for the road ahead.

AD Mortgage leaders appeared poised to lead their growing team to new summits with confidence and certainty formed from the consistent success of the past several years in the industry.

National Sales Director Rich Hoffman shared his optimistic outlook for AD.  ‘It’s great to be a part of our growth. New milestones every month. Our future here is so bright. The best part is that we get to do it together.’
