What Is the ADvantage Partner Status Program?
The program categorizes partner companies into one of five statuses: Сore, Classic, Premier, Elite, and Ultimate based on two key factors: the number of funded loans and the quality of submissions each quarter.
Your company’s status is assessed every quarter, so you can track your progress and set goals for higher statuses by increasing your loan closings with A&D Mortgage.
For instance, your status for Q2 is set based on your performance during the previous quarter, but you have a chance to boost it in Q3 by closing more loans.
What Benefits Come with Each Status?
The real value of the ADvantage system lies in the exclusive benefits available for each status level.
Core Status
A strong start with A&D: receive rewards, because we value our partnership. Each Loan Officer receives 1,000 Welcome Bonus points in the ADvantage Loyalty Program account, as well as free access to webinars and onsite training at the A&D Mortgage office.
Classic Status
The first milestone with A&D comes after your company closes its first deal with us. Enjoy all Core Status benefits plus a special gift for your first funded loan.
Premier Status
More experience reaps more rewards. Receive all the Classic Status benefits and additional loyalty bonus for achieving this status.
Elite Status
Reflects a partner company’s ongoing performance and trust. Elite Status includes all Premier Status benefits, and even more:
- ADvocate VIP Partner Support. A dedicated single point of contact to ensure smooth communication, accountability, and even more personalized service.
- Increased speed for all submitted files.
- Free lock extension days.
Ultimate Status
A recognition for high, steady performance at scale. Gain all Elite benefits plus:
- Increased limit for free lock extension days.
- EPO fee waiver per quarter.
- An exclusive experience with A&D leadership, which provides a unique opportunity to collaborate and grow together.

*Please note: For Elite, we allow a gap of up to 15% below. So, you still get more benefits, even with slightly lower pull-through metrics.
