AD Mortgage Heads to Sacramento for California Mortgage Expo

California Mortgage Expo is an Originator Connect Network (OCN) event built around efficiency. This two-day format is designed so that mortgage professionals can combine education, networking, and compliance in one trip. Consequently, multiple separate activities turn into a single, comprehensive professional development experience.

Register now and make sure to use promo code ADFREE to attend the event for free.

Conference Day on February 24

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. An early start allows participants to gain valuable insights by 12:30 p.m. Then they can visit the exhibit hall for peer‑to‑peer discussions.

Throughout the morning and early afternoon, attendees will have access to six educational sessions. Each will cover key challenges and urgent topics that mortgage professionals will face in 2026.

The first session begins at 8:00 a.m. The audience will receive a practical roadmap on how to qualify builders, structure deals and to transform one-time transactions into recurring revenue relationships.

The morning continues with a session on client-centered communication strategies. Attendees will explore the art of ‘communicating to serve’, setting the foundation for the 9:30 a.m. deep dive into the Jumbo market. During this intensive, attendees will learn how to create a consistent pipeline of qualified Jumbo leads instead of relying on irregular referrals.

At 10:15 a.m., a strategic panel discussion will unite industry veterans. They will share stories on how they keep business durable and resilient to market volatility, and what actions can be done to repeat their success. Their insights on resilience and adaptability naturally lead to the 11:00 a.m. session, which focuses on the rise of AI in the mortgage space. Attendees will see how AI tools help save precious time on manual work, and how automated checks turn into more closed loans and higher revenue.

The day’s final session will be devoted to future-oriented Non-QM strategies. Brokers will explore ways to navigate unconventional scenarios and to catch up on the opportunities that others miss.
