Spring is a pivotal time for mortgage professionals in the Pacific Northwest. As the market shifts and new opportunities emerge, the Great Northwest Mortgage Expo 2026 – Seattle Edition gives Washington’s lending community a focused space to reset, learn, and move forward with confidence.

The Expo brings loan officers, brokers, and lending partners together for two days built around real education and connections that carry well beyond any single conference. And AD Mortgage is proud to be a part of such an event.

The event runs March 17–18, 2026, at the Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center in Seattle, WA. The main conference day is March 17, with an optional NMLS-approved continuing education class on March 18. Use promo code ADFREE at checkout to attend at no cost.

Education That Keeps You Ahead

The Great Northwest Mortgage Expo is produced by the Originator Connect Network and centers on practical, role-specific education for mortgage professionals across Washington. The agenda is structured to address the challenges that loan officers and brokers are actively navigating in 2026.

Sessions cover a wide range of topics relevant to today’s lending environment. For example, attendees can expect in-depth discussion on Jumbo lending strategies. Additional sessions address the growing role of artificial intelligence in mortgage operations. Other sessions focus on building a lasting broker business and developing people-first client relationships.

Renew Your NMLS License

The event also offers an optional 8-hour NMLS-approved continuing education class on March 18, 2026. Provided by MaxClass, the class covers the 7-hour CORE requirement and 1-hour General Elective. Pre-registration is required, and attendees must complete the Exhibit Hall Passport during the main event to qualify for entry.

Connection is Part of the Curriculum

Education is only part of what makes the Great Northwest Mortgage Expo worth attending. The exhibit hall opens at 12:30 pm and gives attendees time to connect with lenders, vendors, and peers in a relaxed setting with open bar and refreshments.

These conversations matter. Hearing how others are approaching shared challenges often leads to insights that are harder to find through emails or webinars alone. For many attendees, the informal exchanges during the exhibit hall are just as valuable as the morning sessions.

AD Mortgage Makes Regional Events a Priority

Industry events like the Great Northwest Mortgage Expo 2026 reflect something AD Mortgage believes in: real relationships are built in person. Attending regional gatherings is part of how we stay informed about the real-world challenges brokers face day to day.

AD Mortgage will be exhibiting at the Expo and is looking forward to connecting with Washington’s mortgage community. Whether you want to talk through a specific lending scenario, explore program options, or simply reconnect face to face, come to the AD Mortgage booth. Our representatives Brenda Stoops, AVP TPO Account Executive, and Mark Cook, SVP TPO Lending Regional Director, will be glad to have a conversation.
