90% LTVs, Lower FICOs Are Back!

Effective February 8th, A&D Mortgage is improving the eligibility on all our Non-QM programs to make the dream of homeownership a reality for all types of borrowers. By decreasing FICOs and increasing loan amounts, more borrowers will be able to purchase their perfect house more easily. Plus, non-QM products are back so even those with lower credit scores have access to more affordable mortgage options. With less than one week from Valentine’s Day, what’s not to love?

Super Prime
• Increased LTVs up to 90%
• Decreased FICOs down to 599
• Increased maximum loan amounts up to $4 million

Prime
• Decreased FICOs down to 599 or No FICO

DSCR
• Decreased FICOs down to 620
• Increased maximum loan amount up to $3 million

Foreign National
• Increased LTVs up to 75%
