Effective October 20, 2025, A&D Mortgage now allows escrow waivers up to 90% LTV on all Conventional loan products in all states except New Mexico.
Please note: Due to state regulations, New Mexico only permits escrow waivers when LTV is below 80%.
This update gives your clients more flexibility and control over their monthly payments—another way to deliver added value and strengthen your competitive edge.
