Unlike many loyalty programs, ADvantage provides actionable value to partners outside of cool AD Mortgage merchandise. Participants in the program can redeem their points to help close deals faster and even reduce the costs of underwriting. These benefits are game changers for many partners.
Success Story 1
Jas and Lucky Singh from LJ Mortgage Partners in New York were early adopters of the ADvantage loyalty program. In an interview last year, they explained why they value and utilize the program regularly. ‘The points are really good…We were just talking about it the main thing we like is the underwriting fees, to waive some of those fees. The whole points system is a good advantage because it encourages loan officers to close those deals faster and get the points. For us, using the points is all about the clients to help close deals for them.’

Success Story 2
Sam Gabay is a mortgage professional from Merit Lending in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sam is a huge advocate for the ADvantage loyalty program. We caught up with Sam last year to talk about the program, and he shared a story about helping a retired woman close on a new home by using some of his loyalty points to reduce underwriting fees.
‘I had to call her up and let her know we needed to pay off her American Express card in order to close the deal, and she didn’t have it. It was about $1500. So, I said, hey, I got these loyalty points based on my performance and we’re going to use them to waive some of the underwriting fees. And because of that, we were able to close the deal, and she got the home of her dreams.’ – Sam Gabay, Merit Lending
The ability to use ADvantage loyalty points to help speed up processes, reduce costs, and ultimately close more deals creates a positive success cycle. Each deal closed earns more loyalty points, which can be used to help close more deals, earning more loyalty points. This is one reason why active ADvantage participants are amongst the most successful originators.
Impressive Numbers
In just its 2nd year, the ADvantage loyalty program is utilized by the majority of AD’s partners. Nearly 70% of those members are actively redeeming points each month. The success of the program isn’t a fluke either.
Project specialists El Klepfer and Liza Zolotareva have actively guided the program from the ‘awareness’ to the ‘adoption’ stages. They are largely responsible for ADvantage’s success. However, both of these specialists are quick to credit the timely and thoughtful feedback from members throughout the process. That included over 550 individual feedback interactions.
El reflected back on the program’s beginnings. ‘We launched the program back in July of 2024…Since then we have been polishing and we have been introducing new options mostly based on the feedback of our members. In parallel, we have been educating our partners on what it does, and how it can benefit both our partners and their clients.’

An excellent example is the launch of free ‘First Funding Gifts’. They were provided to members of ADvantage after funding their first loan with AD. This program rolled out in October of 2025 and has been awarded to 188 members as of publication.
ADvantage Achievements: The Highlights
- Partners have now redeemed 8.9 million points demonstrating their tangible value. This figure equates to nearly 4,500 days of lock extensions.
- Members reported an overall 80% satisfaction rate for the year.
- User data shows that members tend to outperform non-members by 30% in loan volume.
Liza expressed her enthusiasm for the 2025 results. She states, ‘I would like to add that the number of closed loans reveals the true strength of our loyalty program. Members don’t just enjoy benefits – they engage more deeply, leading to significantly higher loan closure rates compared to results of non-members. This directly links customer loyalty to business effectiveness.’
Beyond metrics, ADvantage continued to build connections. 8 ADvantage workshops brought together 130+ attendees, while the eShop reinforced program identity, with the Mortgage Expert T-shirt emerging as the most popular item.
This year, ADvantage introduced the Partner Status system. By Q4, more and more partners were reaching new statuses, with the total number more than tripling since Q2. As of Q4, 192 members had achieved new levels in the program, including 31 at Ultimate level.
