The Asset-Rich, Income-Light Foreign National
A foreign national with substantial assets held at a U.S. or Canadian financial institution, but whose foreign income is difficult to document or simply insufficient on paper. Asset Utilization allows these assets to serve as a qualifying income source, with no CPA letter needed for the income piece.
