A blog cover announcing AD Mortgage attending the Texas Mortgage Roundup 2026.

Texas is building more homes than any other state in the country, and the MLOs helping finance that growth depend on lenders with the right programs in place. The Texas Mortgage Roundup in Dallas provides mortgage professionals with a focused day of industry education and direct lender access at the Doubletree by Hilton Dallas Richardson in Richardson, TX.

A Packed Agenda

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on September 1, with sessions running from 8:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. Speakers include working industry professionals covering the topics Texas originators are actively dealing with right now.

Builder construction lending gets dedicated attention this year. Texas leads the country in new home construction, and the session walks brokers through how to qualify builders and structure deals from land acquisition through project completion.

There’s also a session on Non-QM and Jumbo strategies for MLOs looking to expand their product range. One session takes a closer look at AI-powered underwriting, including a real-world example of a large lender running its operations entirely on AI.

The Exhibit Hall

From 12:40 to 2:30 p.m., the Exhibit Hall opens with open bar and refreshments.

While there, you can:

  • Speak with wholesale lenders directly
  • Ask about program specifics that don’t make it into rate sheets
  • Discuss current market conditions with people seeing the same trends you are

Use this opportunity to build relationships with lenders before you need them for a deal.

Renew Your NMLS License

If you’re planning to attend the CE class the following morning, use the time to get your Exhibit Hall Passport stamped by every exhibitor – you’ll need a completed passport to qualify for entry.

Pre-register for the optional 8-hour CE class on September 2 to secure your spot. MaxClass provides the class and covers the full NMLS requirement. Seats are limited, and you cannot add one on the day of the event.

AD Mortgage at the Event

Blake Bearden, TPO Account Executive at AD Mortgage, will be at the expo on September 1. If you’re working through a file with layered documentation, stop by and walk Blake through the details.

If you need to compare program options or discuss how AD Mortgage approaches a non-standard scenario, the booth is where that conversation happens.

The Texas Mortgage Roundup – Dallas

The event in Richardson packs a lot into two days: education, lender access, and NMLS CE  for those who need it. Join AD Mortgage at the Texas Mortgage Roundup 2026 – we’ll be happy to have a conversation.
