The main thing with AD is that you guys do the deals that nobody else does. When you’re in the non‑QM business, there’s a lot of pieces to the puzzle and we have to see how we structure the deal to make it work. A lot of deals I’ve closed with AD were already turned down by other lenders. So, I think that’s a big impact on our business.

Our Account Representative, Gregory Kutcher, is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly great to work with.
