AD Mortgage is committed to building tools that make your work faster and more precise. Today, we are excited to announce a major update to the Concierge Service, the income calculation tool available directly inside the AIM Partner Portal.
The update introduces three important changes:
- You no longer need to create a loan to qualify borrower income
- Fully automated tax return calculation is now also part of the Concierge Service
- All requests are tracked in one place, directly in AIM
New Features that Improve Proof of Income
Previously, MLOs could submit Bank Statement income calculations only from within an existing loan. Now, you can do it without opening a loan at all and track every request through a dedicated Concierge Service pipeline directly in AIM.
On top of that, we have added tax return calculation as a new request type. The service supports the following IRS forms: 1120, 1120‑S, 1065, and 1040, covering the most common scenarios for self-employed borrowers.
Both calculation types, Bank Statement and Tax Return, are now available without creating a loan.
How to Use the New Concierge Service
Submitting a request takes less than a minute:
- Log in to AIM and open the Concierge Service tab from the top navigation
- Click New Request
- Select the request type: Tax Return or Bank Statement (12 or 24 months)
- Enter the borrower’s first name, last name, and SSN
- Upload the required documents
- Click Request
Once submitted, the request status is visible directly in the pipeline. When the calculation is complete, you will receive an email notification, and the result will appear in the pipeline automatically.
