What is New about the Loan-Type-Specific LPC Form?
This feature allows our Wholesale Partners to differentiate their compensation levels based on whether the transaction is a Purchase or a Refinance for each state and jurisdiction that AD Mortgage is currently licensed in.
With the addition of Flat Fees, it is now possible to select different LPC levels for Purchase, Refinance, and their respective Minimum and Maximum dollar amount for every applicable state!
This ensures that partners have maximum control over their deals and can handle compensation with flexibility and ease.
Where to Find This Feature?
The new form is available on the AD Mortgage website in Documents & Forms > Partner Forms > Request Loan Type-Specific Compensation Change.
You can also find it in the Learning Center > Partner Forms.
Please note. After the main table on page 12, an option to select the same Purchase and Refinance LPC percentage for all other states that were not selected in the table is available. You do not need to enter your amounts for all other 49 states manually if you wish to change just one.
Additionally, the form also offers an option to select ‘General LPC’ on page 12. It will apply uniformly across all jurisdictions.
Important. There must be only one type of compensation selected at any one time. Either ‘Loan Type LPC’, or ‘General LPC’, as is described in the language of this addendum on page 2.
How to Submit the LPC Form?
The form requires a manual signature. You can either print, sign, scan, and email the form back to AD Partner Approval, or electronically sign the form on your end and send it to AD Partner Approval.
Please submit the signed form to partnerapproval@admortgage.com. The AD Partner Approval Team will review your request and update the compensation accordingly.
