San Antonio is a city where tradition meets growth. Its historic roots coexist with a rapidly expanding business community. The same energy carries into the Texas Mortgage Roundup 2026, one of the key gatherings for mortgage professionals across the state.
The event takes place on June 9, 2026. It is designed to help mortgage originators stay competitive in a changing market. A full agenda of sessions and networking opportunities creates space to discover new products and connect with professionals facing the same challenges.

Practical Strategies for a Changing Market
To stay ahead of the mortgage industry, MLOs need real and applicable strategies to use right away. At Texas Mortgage Roundup, sessions will cover:
- Construction financing
- Non-QM lending
- DSCR loan strategies
- AI in mortgage operations and other industry essentials
Attendees will learn how to structure builder loans, work with investor clients, and identify new opportunities in segments that are often overlooked.
These discussions are built around real scenarios. Such an approach helps brokers understand the concepts and apply them directly to their business.
Growth and Business Development
Beyond individual sessions, the event also focuses on long-term growth. Presentations like “Building Your 4EVER Broker Business” and “Think Big – Act Small” highlight how consistent actions and strong relationships lead to sustainable success.
Attendees will gain insight into how top producers approach their pipeline, build referral networks, and adapt to market shifts. The goal is to help professionals move from maintaining their business to actively growing it.
Networking That Creates Opportunity
The Texas Mortgage Roundup is also about connection. The exhibit hall gives attendees the chance to meet lenders and have direct conversations about deals and challenges.
These face-to-face interactions often lead to practical solutions and new partnerships. Whether it’s finding the right product for a borrower or connecting with a new lending partner, the networking aspect plays a major role in the overall experience.
8-Hour NMLS-Approved CE Class
A separate block within the program is an 8-hour CE class for NMLS license renewal. It takes place on Wednesday, June 10, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and covers the 7 Hour CORE plus 1 Hour General Elective, fulfilling the full annual continuing education requirement in a single day.
Participation requires pre-registration. Full attendance is mandatory, no partial credit is given. To qualify for the class, your Exhibit Hall passport must be stamped by every exhibitor at the expo.
