ADvantage Loyalty Program Turns Two with a Chance to Double Your August Points

In August, the ADvantage Loyalty Program marks its second anniversary. Over two years, it has grown to more than 9,000 partners who use points to waive underwriting fees, extend rate locks, close deals faster, and more. To celebrate, we’re launching two giveaways: one open to every member, and one for partners who reach Champion status. Read on to see how you could add thousands of points to your account this month.

Membership Pays Off 

AD Mortgage supports broker partners with strategic tools that help them grow their business. ADvantage is one such example. In Q1 2026, members closed 38% more loans per broker than non-members, with closings roughly two days quicker on average. 

These results are the return on two years of program updates. 

A Year of New Ways to Earn and Save 

AD Mortgage expanded ADvantage this year with updates that help partners earn and save more and unlock rewards faster. 

• More eligible underwriting fees for waivers. We expanded the list of UW fee types you can cover with points, so your redeemed points stretch across more of the closing process. 
• Appraisal credits now come in three tiers. Instead of one fixed $500 credit, you can now redeem $250, $500, or $750 – a better match for the appraisal cost on each deal. 
• Five new ways to earn points, including contributing as a guest author, completing a survey, sharing your success story, joining a user study, and converting and closing through LEADer CRM. Also, you can now earn points for referring a loan officer at your own company to ADvantage. 
• More merch to redeem, including three new cap designs, a limited Anniversary Gift, a Partner Wellness Kit, and cozy blankets. 
• Broader status benefits. Partner events are no longer reserved for Elite and Ultimate. Partners at any status can now take part in more of them.

The Anniversary Points Draw 

To celebrate, we’re running two randomized draws. 

The Race to Champion: Double 5,000 of Your August Points 

Every broker who earns 7,000+ points and performs at least one Earn or Redeem action in August reaches Champion status for the next month. Ten Champions, chosen at random, will have 5,000 of their August points doubled – on top of everything they’ve already earned. 

Only Champions can enter this drawing, which means that: 

• If a partner earns 5,000 points in August → it’s below the 7,000-point Champion threshold, so they can’t take part in this drawing. 

• If a partner reaches the Champion level in August and is selected as one of the 10 winners → we double 5,000 of those points, adding 5,000 more. For instance: 7,500 + 5,000 = 12,500 points. 

The Lucky Draw: 3,000 Points for 10 Additional Members 

Any ADvantage member can enter this drawing, whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been earning points since day one. Ten winners, chosen at random, will each receive 3,000 Loyalty Points. The only exception is that the 10 Champion winners of 5,000 points aren’t eligible here, which improves the odds for more members.

Two Years in and Still Growing 

AD Mortgage rewards partners for closing loans and staying active in the ADvantage Loyalty Program. Since 2024, more than 9,000 members have joined the Program.  

If you’re already active, August is the month to push toward Champion status. That push doesn’t have to be solo – if a colleague at your company isn’t an ADvantage member yet, referring them earns you points too, and moves them a step closer to their own rewards.
