Effective on October 18, 2021, A&D Mortgage announces an increase to our loan limits on Conforming and High Balance Conventional Loans:

Conforming

  • 1-Unit – $625,000
  • 2-Unit – $800,250
  • 3-Unit – $967,250
  • 4-Unit – $1,202,000

High Balance

  •       1-4 Units – 2021 Limits
