The Mechanics: Work Smarter, Earn More 

Beside the points that you received for each closed loan as a member of our ADvantage loyalty program, you can earn an extra 100 loyalty points per funded loan that is converted from a LEADer CRM lead. Here’s how: 

1. Create a lead in LEADer CRM in the Lead Pipeline (via Create, Import, or Web Form options). 
2. Move the lead through the Lead Pipeline to the Loan Started stage. 
3. Complete the Loan Application for this client in the AIM Partner Portal. 
4. Close the loan with AD Mortgage. 
5. Submit a request to receive loyalty points. 
6. After confirmation, points will be added to your balance within 2 business days. 
7. Track your rewards in the History section. 
8. Congratulations! You have earned 100 points for converting and closing with LEADer CRM.
