Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., with sessions running from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Speakers include working industry professionals covering the topics Texas originators are actively dealing with right now. The lineup runs from big-picture economics to the mechanics of individual loan files.
- Builder construction lending receives dedicated attention this year. The session walks MLOs through qualifying builders and structuring deals from land acquisition through project completion, timely in a metro that keeps adding new housing stock.
- Another session goes inside a large mortgage lender that has run its underwriting and processing entirely on AI since 2018, with closings measured in minutes rather than days.

The Exhibit Hall
From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., the Exhibit Hall opens with an open bar and refreshments. Speak with wholesale lenders directly and ask about program specifics that do not show up on a rate sheet. NMLS Continuing Education
MLOs who need to complete their annual license renewal can register for the optional 8-hour CE class on November 4. The class is provided by MaxClass and covers the 7-hour CORE requirement and a 1-hour General Elective. Pre-register to secure your spot.
To qualify for entry, collect stamps from every exhibitor in your Exhibit Hall Passport during the main event. Seats are limited, and you cannot add one on the day of the class.
