The expo opens on August 6 with registration at 7:30 a.m. and sessions running from 8:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. The agenda covers what California brokers are actively dealing with in today’s market, from Non-QM and Jumbo lending strategies to DSCR products and the growing role of AI in mortgage operations.
Each session is practical and specific. You will leave with a clearer picture of underwriting expectations or a better framework for conversations with borrowers on complex files. The speakers are active industry professionals who deal with the same market conditions you do.
Face Time with Lenders on the Expo Floor
After lunch, the Exhibit Hall opens from 1:20 to 3:30 p.m. This is your window for direct conversations with lenders.
Walk through a specific scenario you’re stuck on and get a straight answer on how a lender would approach it. You can also ask about program details, discuss how to speed up processing on a complex file, and lay the groundwork for a working relationship that extends beyond the expo floor.
Renew Your NMLS License
If you still need to complete your license renewal, the optional 8-hour CE class on August 7 is worth the extra stay. Provided by MaxClass, it covers the full NMLS requirement, including a 1-hour California State Elective.
