In an effort to stay competitive and ensure that we continue to lend to credit-worthy borrowers, AD Mortgage will be increasing our minimum FICO on select Non-QM programs effective on December 22 as follows:
The following programs will have minimum FICOs starting at 660:
- Super Prime
- DSCR
- Asset Utilization
- Permanent & Non-Permanent Residents
The following programs will have either have no FICO score or a minimum of 660:
