The main thing with AD is that you guys do the deals that nobody else does. When you’re in the non‑QM business, there’s a lot of pieces to the puzzle and we have to see how we structure the deal to make it work. A lot of deals I’ve closed with AD were already turned down by other lenders. So, I think that’s a big impact on our business.

A&D Mortgage has an easy-to-navigate broker portal, which makes the process efficient and streamlined. Our Account Representative, Gregory Kutcher, is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly great to work with. Underwriting was smooth, and the closing and funding departments were equally easy to work with. Throughout the entire transaction, I genuinely felt like I was working with a cohesive team.
